Michael Torres also called Myke towers, is a Puerto Rican songwriter and rapper who was born in Rio Piedras Puerto Rico on 15 January 1994. He changed his name from Mike Towers to Myke Towers as a tribute to the music movement Young Kingz of which he is part of. He changed the i to a y first letter of the name of the group. Myke is an underground rapper in Puerto Rico who began his career in his early teens. On his SoundCloud profile, he released his first original compositions. His 2014 songs Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal, and En los Bloques made him a household name. His freestyle La Nueva Droga, and his reworking of Drake's first song "0 to 100" also attracted attention in the urban music world.
